Hi! My name is Andrew Litke. I teach Bible courses at Georgetown University and am the assistant director of academic support, grants & fellowships at Catholic University of America.

I earned a PhD & MA in Semitic and Egyptian Languages and Literatures from Catholic University of America. Before that, I earned an MDiv from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando and a BA in Religion from Furman University.

My research focuses on the intersection of text, language, and meaning in the Bible, its broader ancient Near Eastern context, and its reception in later Jewish and Christian literature.

I live in Northern Virginia with my wife and two daughters.
